Returns

• 30 Day Guarantee: Return any item in resalable condition for any reason within 30 days for a full refund. Requests for returns beyond 30 days are subject to a receipt inspection and a 15% restocking charge.
  
  
• Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on all returned or cancelled orders that are not the fault of ZSI.

Returning the item

• Contact ZSI: Call Customer Service at 800-323-7053 for a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
  
  
  • 1. Write the Return Authorization Number you are given on the original packing list and on the outside of the package.
    
    
  • 2. Send the item(s) back to our main facility.

• If ZSI is at fault, ZSI will credit you for the returned material and freight charges. Call ZSI Customer Service at 800-323-7053 for help in obtaining a replacement item if needed. If you are from outside the United States, please use Parcel Post with a copy of receipt for proper reimbursement.
